Terms of Use

Horse is an iOS care companion for people who look after horses. These terms cover use of the Horse app and this website.

The service

Horse helps you keep routines, notes, photos, and context for horses in your care. Guide Light can help you prepare questions. Horse does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Accounts and Horse Plus

You can use Horse with a guest session and later connect a caregiver email. Horse Plus is an auto-renewing Apple subscription. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple. Restore purchases in the app or manage the subscription in Apple Subscriptions. Apple’s standard EULA also applies: Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Your content

Care notes, photos, and horse details you add belong to your care space. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. We may remove content that is unlawful or that puts someone at risk.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Horse, probe other people’s care spaces, or use the app to harm a horse or a person.

Changes

We may update Horse and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
