Email 1@chesnut.us for account, purchase or privacy help. Include your app version and a description of the issue. Never send your password, verification codes or full payment details.

Manage or cancel Chesnut Plus in Apple Subscriptions on your device. Restore purchases from the Chesnut paywall if you reinstall.

To return to your care space, tap Sign in on the welcome screen and use the same caregiver account. If you forgot your password, use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen.

Delete your account

Sign in, then open Account & Settings > Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot sign in or deletion does not complete, email us for help. Account deletion does not cancel your Apple subscription; cancel it separately in Apple Subscriptions.
